The job in a nutshell: We think this is one of the best flying jobs in the UK. You will work as part of a small crew (you and two tactical flight officers) to deliver critical air support. The job is dynamic and can be fast-paced. One minute you could be searching for a missing child before being diverted to a high-speed car chase. Your days will be unpredictable, but incredibly rewarding, knowing you are part of a national team dedicated to making our communities safer.
The person for the job: It takes great skill and teamwork to be part of an NPAS crew. It's a tough selection process because it is such a specialised job, flying on, quite often, life-saving operations.
